Junior Inside Sales Consultant

Ready to make an impact in the world of cybersecurity with an international and fast-paced team? Secura, a cornerstone in the cybersecurity strategy of Bureau Veritas, is looking for a Junior Inside Sales Consultant to support our business developers across Europe.

In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our sales initiatives and ensuring the smooth execution of our business development activities. You will work closely with our team of business developers, providing essential support in lead generation, customer follow-ups, and maintaining our CRM system. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help us achieve our sales targets and build strong relationships with our clients.

Your work location is Amsterdam, and in this position, you will report to Niharika, Our Inside Sales Consultant of South & West Europe. As a Junior Inside Sales Consultant, you will be at the heart of our sales operations, coordinating with various stakeholders, preparing sales materials, and assisting in the execution of sales strategies.

Key to this role is the ability to support our business developers, think strategically about sales processes, and manage administrative tasks efficiently. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver cybersecurity services to our clients across Europe.

As a Junior Inside Sales, you will:

  • Develop and continuously update relevant presales materials, suchas sales proposal templates, leaflets, business cases, and value propositions, in line with customer focus;
  • Work closely with the Sales team to develop and continually improve working practices, best practices, presales processes;
  • Support Sales administration tasks for example updating folders, files and input we receive from business developers;
  • Create and update presentations and templates as needed in timely manner.
  • Liaise with team members, including both sales and technical experts during the proposal preparation phase in the Sales lifecycle;
  • Act as a bridge between the sales team and technical experts, ensuring all technical aspects of proposals and presentations are accurately conveyed;
  • Demonstrate Secura services to prospects, both onsite, remotely (via webinars) and at conferences and trade shows.

What you need to have:

  • A completed bachelor or master’s degree (preferably in Computer Science, Information Security or a commercial field);
  • Both oral and written strong communication skills in English;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively;
  • You can work in fast-paced and constantly evolving organization;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
