Junior Project Manager

Are you a proactive professional who enjoys planning projects from A to Z and providing support where needed? Are you a versatile colleague who can maintain a clear overview of multiple projects under tight deadlines? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you as a Junior Project Manager in our Secura International team in our Amsterdam office.

In this role, you will be part of our dynamic Secura International team. You will work alongside two other experienced Project Managers, as well as our talented ethical hackers and security consultants who deliver projects for our clients. As a meticulous and social colleague, you will take care of both the client and your internal team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining accurate project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Coordinating project activities, schedules, and milestones to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Managing comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and client correspondence.
• Processing and updating information in our CRM system to maintain up-to-date project records.
• Organizing and facilitating project meetings, workshops, and client presentations.
• Assisting in the preparation of proposals, change requests, and other client-facing deliverables.
• Contributing to a positive team atmosphere and providing administrative support to the Project Management team.

To succeed in this role, you:

• Have at least a completed bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., project management, business administration, IT).
• Have some experience in a project management or client-facing role, preferably in the IT services or cybersecurity industry. For example during an internship, side job or even in terms of managing an event.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Are familiar with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Are proficient in both Dutch and English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Possess proactive problem-solving skills and a flexible, service-oriented attitude.
• Preferably, you have experience working for an IT service provider and are a team player with a positive personality and a strong 'can-do' mentality.
