Presales Consultant

Secura is actively involved in many projects related to security testing and certification of embedded products. Such projects can be linked to the assessment of the product itself, but also the assessment and audit of the processes used to develop the product.

We are interacting a lot with various international customers with the aim to obtain new interesting projects for our team. As our Presales Consultant, you will be the primary technical resource for the sales team. You will be defining and understanding the scope of the requested work, and drafting convincing proposals for our customers. An active interaction with both the Account Managers, as well as the technical colleagues is expected in order to understand the scope and approach for the offered services.

As our Presales Consultant, you will:

  • respond to the functional and technical elements of tender documents, such as RFIs and RFPs;
  • Answer complex technical and competitive questions;
  • develop relevant presales material, e.g. sales proposal templates, leaflets, business cases, value propositions;
  • work closely with the sales team to develop and continually improve working practices, best practices, presales processes, customer focused slide-decks, etc.;
  • work closely with the technical team to understand the contents of the commercial request
  • write and deliver excellent presentations (business focused and technical focused);

You will be responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process and working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor.

You must be able to identify all technical issues of our customers to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process, and you must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle with our customer's technical staff.

As our Presales Consultant you have:

  • a completed bachelor or master’s degree (preferably in Computer Science, Information Security or a similar field);
  • relevant technical work experience in security testing and/or certification of embedded products to could act as a technical advisor in the sales process;
  • both oral and written strong communication skills in English;
  • a proactive personality with a commercial mindset.
